Vibrating fluidized bed

The Structure principle of vibrating fluidized bed dryer is that the vibration motor makes the machine vibrate. The material jumps forward under the action of the excitation force in this given direction. At the same time, it inputs the hot air from the bottom of the bed and makes the material in a fluidized state , therefore Full contact with hot air to achieve the ideal drying effect.

The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is used widely in the drying, cooling, and humidifying operations of the powdery granules that they are in the chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, sugar and other industries.


(1) Working amplitude is 0-3.2mm

(2) The working frequency difference is ± 0.3HZ

(3) Host noise: when the fluidized bed distribution board is less than or equal to 2.7m2, the noise is not more than 80dB; when it is more than 2.7m2, the noise is not more than 85dB

(4) Motor surface temperature rise: when the main engine runs for 4 hours, no more than 60

(5) Drying strength: For quartz sand with a particle size of 1.6-3.5mm, the drying strength is not less than 40kgH2O / hm2 when tested under specified conditions.
