二、Process Description

(1) The particle size required for corn crushing, add water to adjust the slurry, adjust the pH value, add the enzyme preparation, send it to spray liquefaction, cool down, add the saccharification enzyme preparation for saccharification, and then saccharify to meet the DE value requirements, cool down Fermenter.

(2) The saccharification liquid is connected to the yeast strain in the fermentation tank to control the fermentation temperature and feed rate. The yeast fermentes the sugar under anaerobic conditions to produce ethanol and carbon dioxide.

(3) The mature fermentation broth is sent to the distillation process to remove impurities and separate ethanol, purify and concentrate ethanol, and then mix anhydrous ethanol with No. 93 gasoline at the required volume ratio and mix evenly into fuel ethanol.

(4) The ethanol lees are separated by solid-liquid separation, the filtrate is recycled, and the lees are dehydrated and dried to make DDGS feed.
