二、Process Description

(1) The prepared fermentation base material enters the fermentation tank through the continuous elimination system, and glucose syrup, nutrients, ammonium sulfate, etc. enter the feed tank through the continuous elimination system as carbon and nitrogen sources to supplement the fermentation tank and adjust the pH. Value, pass sterile air, connect strains, control the fermentation temperature, aeration, stirring speed, after 45 hours of fermentation culture, the fermentation is completed when the acidity reaches about 18.5%.

(2) Add sulfuric acid to the fermentation broth to adjust the pH value to about 4.0, heat to about 70 ℃, and send it to the membrane for filtration and separation to obtain the filtrate through continuous separation and purification to obtain a high-purity eluent.

(3) The eluent is sent to the deamination tower for deamination, and then vacuum concentrated by the evaporator to a concentration of about 72%, and then sent to the next process.

(4) The concentrated liquid is sent to the neutralization process, and is thoroughly mixed with hydrochloric acid through a mixer to adjust the required pH value to generate L-lysine hydrochloride.

(5) The neutralized liquid is sent to an evaporative concentration crystallizer for continuous crystallization. The crystallized slurry is separated by a centrifuge to obtain wet crystals and mother liquor. The wet crystals are dried in a drying process to obtain 98.5% of the required moisture. Finished product of L-lysine hydrochloride.

(6) The mother liquor and auxiliary materials are mixed and prepared, and sent to the spray granulator, the water in the granules evaporates, and the finished granulated L-lysine sulfate is formed through the cooling bed to cool down.
