二、Process Description

(1) Ingredients: Add a certain amount of desalted water according to the ingredients table to prepare the medium.

(2) Continuous elimination system: The culture medium is sterilized by a continuous disinfection system and sent to the fermentation tank.

(3) Fermentation culture: Sterile medium in the fermenter is fed with sterile air, pH value is adjusted, and the cultivated strains are connected to aerobic fermentation culture at a certain temperature, speed, and ventilation to produce extracellular polysaccharide .

(4) Settling: Add a certain amount of alcohol to the fermentation broth, adjust the pH value, and extract the xanthan gum to precipitate.

(5) Solid-liquid separation: The sedimentation liquid is sent to the separation equipment to separate the wet xanthan gum.

(6) Washing: Wet xanthan gum is washed and decolorized by adding a certain amount of alcohol.

(7) Solid-liquid separation: The sedimentation liquid is sent to the separation equipment to separate the wet xanthan gum.

(8) Press: The wet xanthan gum is sent to the press to further remove alcohol.

(9) Drying: The wet xanthan gum is sent to a vacuum dryer to remove alcohol and moisture to obtain the product with the required moisture.

(10) Crushing: Send the dried xanthan gum to the crusher for crushing.

(11) Screening and packaging: The crushed xanthan gum is passed through a screen with a fixed aperture to obtain a uniform product, and then weighed and packaged into the warehouse.
