Acetate Starch

Acetate starch is a kind of starch with high viscosity, high clarity, weak settling and storage stability. It is used as a thickener, stabilizer, binder and food starch film in food processing.

二、Process Description

1. Add proper amount of starch to the reaction tank to adjust the concentration.

2. Add sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value, while slowly and evenly add acetic anhydride, react at a certain temperature, control the pH value 8-10, until the alkali is no longer consumed as the end point.

3. After washing, dehydrating, drying, crushing, sieving, packing and storage.
