Acidolysis Starch

Acid-hydrolyzed starch refers to a type of modified starch obtained by treating natural starch with inorganic acid below the gelatinization temperature and changing its properties. This kind of starch has low viscosity and can prepare high-concentration paste. It is suitable for food and chemical industries that require high concentration and low viscosity. It is mainly used in food, textile, paper and other fields.

二、Process Description

1. Pulping: add water to adjust the concentration of starch milk.

2. Acid hydrolysis: Connect the heating and temperature control equipment to warm the starch milk to 37-38 ℃, add a certain amount of hydrochloric acid, constant temperature acid hydrolysis, then spin dry, wash and spin dry

3. Neutralization: Neutralization reaction with a certain amount of sodium carbonate.

4. Dehydration: Then spin dry, rinse with water, then spin dry.

5. Drying: drying through the dryer to the required moisture products.

6. Screening and packaging: Weighing and packaging are stored in the warehouse after vibrating screen.
