二、Process Description

1. The starch milk is pumped to the reaction tank, and the starch milk is fully stirred after adding the cross-linking agent, and NaOH is added to adjust the pH value

2. By controlling the temperature, pH and time of the reaction in order to achieve the degree of substitution required by the process, the starch milk after the reaction is delivered by the pump to the neutralization tank.

3. Wash with water and centrifuge.

4. After removing part of the water, it is conveyed into the flash dryer through the screw to dry the water that meets the process requirements

5. After passing through the dryer, the starch enters the finished sieve under the action of gravity, and is packaged and stored in the warehouse after sieving.
