二、Process Description

1. Before the peanut is squeezed, it needs to be screened, air-separated, magnetically separated, dust-removed, cleaned, etc.

2. Use the crusher to crush the peanut into 4 ~ 6 petals, to make it have a certain particle size to meet the conditions of rolling embryo, and the oil particle size after crushing is required to be uniform, no oil, no agglomeration, and less powder.

3. The single-roller rolling machine is used to roll the blanks into thin and uniform blanks. The powder powder of the blanks is required to be small, no oil leakage, and the thickness is 0.5㎜ or less.

4. Stir fry, destroy the oil cell structure, denature the protein, swell the phospholipid to absorb the water, meet the requirements of squeezing, increase the oil output rate, reduce the content of phospholipid

5. Then carry out hydration degumming, perform primary filtration and secondary filtration.
