Membrane filtration technology

It is used to intercept the mixture of different particle molecules, according different aperture sizes to selective separation. According to the aperture size, membrane can be divided into:Microfiltration Membrane (MF), Ultrafiltration Membrane (UF), Nanofiltration Membrane (NF), Reverse osmosis Membrane ( RO) etc.It is used widely in starch sugar industry to remove impurities such as protein, fiber, fat, colloid, etc. It is also used widely in biological fermentation industry for clarification and filtration of various extracts in plant extraction and various fermentation liquids to remove mycelium. And in Food and beverage industry for clarification, filtration, sterilization, washing and recycling of ultra-fine powder, sewage treatment and seawater treatment and pure water treatment etc.

1. Obvious economic benefits: Reducing filter aid consumption, improving product quality, reducing waste water discharge, low water consumption, ensuring product system concentration, and increasing yield.

2. High degree of automation and stable technology: Adopting cross-flow filtration technology which is not easy to block the membrane and easy to clean; high temperature resistance, wide pH tolerance range, organic solvent resistance; it is no phase change in the treatment process and does not destroy biological activity; pore size distribution rate is narrow , it has High separation accuracy and stable process.
